How Does it Work?
Some think that Habitat houses are given away or donated. The truth is that Habitat homeowners qualify for affordable loans and make monthly mortgage payments along with property taxes and homeowner’s insurance. Future homeowners are involved in every step of the home buying process - volunteering with our Team, getting to know our staff, and learning skills to become successful homeowners.
